I turned 26 one week ago, and was recently inspired by this list to jot down my very favorite moments from my 25th year. I think it's a tradition I'm going to continue on every birthday from here on out. Such a sweet way to reflect, give thanks and count the fruit each year, don't you think?
In no particular order, here are my 25 best moments from my 25th year. They're pretty Xavier-heavy because, well, turns out becoming a mom has been a huge highlight of the past year!

The first month that my net profit from my Etsy shop alone - after taxes, after my 10% charity donation, no custom work, no licensing - covered my monthly bills.
Paying the final hospital bill for Xavier's birth and the satisfaction that we took on zero debt to have a baby.
Buying Matt's car with cash.
Depositing $1,000 into our checking account to spend on our Hawaii vacation, saved purely from collecting change and selling random stuff.

Watching Matt graduate from paramedic school!
Waking Matt up to tell him I was in labor and it was go-time.
Driving around the North Shore with Matt, being silly and taking pictures and remembering just how crazy in love we are.
Taking my friend Emily's first family photos with their son, Pier.
Every time Xavier looked up at me after nursing with heavy-lidded eyes and his milk-drunk half smile.
Introducing Xavier to my Nana and Papa, his great-grandparents on my dad's side, and my Mimi, his great-grandma on my mom's side.
Xavier's Baptism and his welcome into the Catholic church!
